AWS E308L-16

Description:

E308L-16 is a kind of Titanium calcium type coating with ultra-low carbon Cr19Ni10 stainless steel electrode. Carbon content of deposited metal is less than or equal to 0.04%. The intergranular corrosion resistance is good. Excellent welding performance and heat resistance, high strength coating, the porosity resistance is good. AC/DC both can be applied

Application:

Suitable for used for welding ultra-low-carbon Cr19Ni10 stainless steel structures, and also used for 06Cr18Ni11Ti corrosion-resistant stainless steel structures whose working temperature is lower than 300°C. Mainly used in the manufacture of synthetic fiber, chemical fertilizer, oil and other equipments.

AWS E309L-16

Description:

E309L-16 electrodes are used for welding 22% Cr-12% Ni stainless steel, mild or carbon steel to stainless steel and stainless clad steel. This electrode will produce an austenitic-ferritic, ductile weld deposit that contains a maximum of 0.04% carbon, there-by providing good crack resistance and inter-granular corrosion resistance.

Application:

Suitable for dissimilar metal welding of joining mild steel to stainless steel, hardening alloy steel and steel with poor weldability. Proper base metals include stainless steel plate, steel strip, steel tube, heat transfer tube, pressure vessel, steel bar, casting and forging.

AWS E312-16

Description:

E312-16 is a Cr29Ni9 duplex stainless steel electrode with titanium-calcium coating.t can be used for both AC and DC with excellent operating performance. Because it contains molybdenum and nitrogen, and the carbon content is extremely low the deposited metal has good crack resistance and corrosion resistance, especially stress corrosion resistance.

Application:

Suitable for the welding of 29-9 series stainless steel, cast steel and dissimilar steel, as well as welding of materials that are prone to cracking and porosity.

AWS E316L-16

Description:

E316L-16 is used for welding type 316L or 318 stainless steels. It has a maximum of . 04% carbon content in the weld metal, which reduces the possibility of carbide precipitation and consequent intergranular corrosion.

Application:

Suitable for textile, paper, cellulose, and chemical equipment industries for the fabrication of 316L, 318 and 319L stainless steel products

AWS E6010

Suitable for welding carbon steel pipe or the same material, backing weld/ filling weld/cosmetic weld for the steel structure bottom.

AWS E6013

Description:

E6013 is a rutile type electrode. Can be welding by both AC & DC power source and can be foral-position. lt have excellent welding performance as stable arc, little spatter, easy slag removal and reignition-ability etc.

Suitable for welding of low carbon steel structure, especially for the welding of thin plate steel with short disconti nuous weld and requirement of smooth welding pass.

AWS E7016

E7016 is a low hydrogen, all position electrode used for welding heavy duty steel structures and plates. This electrode provides excellent arc stability and produces X-ray quality weld deposits with higher crack resistance, elongation and ductility than other mild steel electrodes.

Suitable for strength members of ship hulls, rolling stocks, machinery, bridges, free-cutting steels and medium carbon steels.

AWS E7018

Description:

E7018 is a low-hydrogen iron powder type electrode that produces high quality x-ray welds. It can be used in all positions on AC or DC reverse polarity welding current.

Suitable for low alloy structures, piping, pressure vessels, boilers, heavy-duty equipment, shipbuilding, general maintenance and fabrication.

AWS E71T-1C

Description:

E71T-1 is a special formulation flux cored wire for single or multi-pass all position welds on mild steels and 490N/mm2 class high strength steels. It is noted for its low spatter, smooth arc and ease of slag removal.

AWS E71T-GS

Description:

E71T-GS is an all-position, single-pass, flux cored welding wire designed to weld carbon steel. The unique quality of this product is that you do not have to use a shielding gas.  E71T-GS produces smooth arc action, low spatter, full slag coverage, and easy slag removal. The bead appearance is not equal to a gas-shielded product, but the benefits of not having to use gas makes this product extremely popular.

Application:

Suitable for welding of mild on bridge, oil production platform, petroleum pipeline and its dabber.
